Katie West Intake Specialist/Forensic Interviewer Under Tracey's leadership, in-house counseling/intervention services are expanding at the CAC to meet the needs of child abuse victims and non-offending family members in Gregg, Harrison, and Marion Counties. "Counseling is one of the keys to the healing process for every child of abuse and trauma," explains Tracey. Due to a growing concern about families dealing with conflict resolutions, she attended training to become a Certified Anger Management Specialist-I (CAMS-1) in 2017. Before joining The Martin House, Tracey worked with children ages 3-17 and their families who were dealing with trauma, a range of mental disorders, anger, and oppositional defiant behavior.

Tracey is a Licensed Professional Counselor who leads The Martin House therapy department, supervises staff therapists and counseling interns, and provides trauma-focused cognitive-behavior therapy to CAC clients. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from The University of Texas at Tyler in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and in 2015 she graduated with a Masters of Science in Clinical Psychology. Tracey Moore joined The Martin House CAC on October 16, 2017. Tracey Moore, M.S., CAMS-1, LPC Therapy Director Christie also enjoys her involvement as a Youth Director at her church. When not working, Christie and her husband have five fantastic children who keep the family pleasantly busy. She conducts forensic interviews as needed and trains new staff and volunteers to meet the needs of more than 700 children served by the Center each year. As Program Director, Christie assists the Executive Director in personnel management and program development and oversight. Austin University and worked for the Department of Family and Protective Services in Investigations and Family Based Safety Services before joining The Martin House.
Christie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Development from Stephen F. In October 2019 she was promoted to Program Director to help lead the CAC into it's next decade of service to children in crisis. In February 2017, Christie Glenn-Moore joined The Martin House CAC team as a multi-disciplinary team Intake Coordinator and Forensic Interviewer.
In her spare time, Roxanne enjoys trail riding (by horse or dirt bike), swimming, golfing, traveling, and spending as much time as possible with her husband, family, friends, and grandchildren who call her "G-Roxy".
She has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from LeTourneau University. Roxanne served in a variety of management roles for other non-profit organizations in East Texas before joining the CAC. She is responsible for the management of the CAC's day-to-day administrative operations and develops fundraising and program expansion initiatives.
